UNIF Relics Hat
Forever 21 Dress
Thrifted Blazer
H&M Booties
Not going to lie, I was not going to take outfit pictures today because of how much it was pouring out. I managed to snag these pictures in between storms! Today I went to Temple Coffee and Tea in Midtown Sacramento with my sister, and this coffee shop is gorgeous! The ambiance of the shop, the people, the employees, and of course, the coffee. I ordered a vanilla latté and I was in heaven. What I love about these coffee shops is that their lattés have such a distinct coffee flavor that more corporate stores seem to not have as much of. Regardless of the shop, I love any variation of coffee (Possibly why I am a daily consumer of Starbucks).
I chose a very busy patterned dress from Forever 21 because I love the length of a maxi body con dress lately. For coats, I chose my thrifted blazer that I lust for on a daily basis, simply because the fit is slimming and also structured. The trend of 2015 is more centered around structured yet oversized fits in all articles of clothing. Pants such a culottes, or structured blouses are the perfect example of this trend. Of course blazers can come in an unstructured format, like my purple Missguided coat, however I believe a closet essential is always a structured coat.
Like mentioned in numerous blogger's posts, no outfit is complete in late 2014/ early 2015 without a *structured* hat (seeing a theme here?). I got this hat from UNIF and it has truly eased me into the world of headwear. The quirky relics along the brim allowed me to experiment with the hat in different themes in multiple outfits. A day doesn't go by where I ponder how the outfit would look with the all mighty Relics Hat!
I just wanted to give a shout out to my look book "fans". Thanks to all of the support on look book, I have finally reached 100 fans! I know this is so insignificant compared to many other bloggers, however I am so happy to see my progress with blogging bloom. Thank you!!!!!
Stay well dressed, and I will be back tomorrow!
