Not everything falls in to place like it has for me today, but I am so grateful for what has happened today! I walked 5 miles, ate very clean and healthily, lost 4 pounds, edited a YouTube video, and revamped my friend's blog. All in all today was extremely productive and I want days to go like this on a more regular basis.

Outfits can find repetition in themselves, however I like the familiarity of a look, along with the uniqueness of a new outfit. It's hard to create new outfits when you haven't shopped in a solid 3 months. Yeah, I've been buying pieces here and there, but everything in this outfit was from 2014. Shocker, I know. To start off today I went for a more put together vibe, I exhausted my ripped denim so I graduated to the polished/posh look. This blazer is perfect for that refined structured look. I love using it to contrast the oversized fit of the tunic, but also streamlining my figure. It turned out to be rather slimming in my opinion! I put on some knee high socks to keep warm primarily, but to also create the illusion that my legs are longer (oldest short girl trick in the book). No outfit is complete without a staple necklace, and as much as I resisted this crystal necklace, it just really spoke to me today. I keep  forgetting to put on lipstick and its super frustrating, but sometimes bare lips are a necessity!

Thank you all for reading, and I will be back tomorrow with another post! Stay well dressed!
